About Us
Built by an operator
who’s actually done it.
AI Security Edge is led by Thad Paschall, who built Protect America from the ground up into a company with 800,000+ accounts and over $600 million in revenue — a top-15 SDM 100 company for over a decade — before selling it.

Founder Story
I’ve sat in your chair.
I spent 23 years building an independent security company — started it with my own and my family’s savings, before we ever raised outside capital — into one of the largest in the country: more than 800,000 accounts and over $600 million in revenue, ranked in the SDM 100’s top 15 for more than a decade, before I sold it.
I financed it every way there is, competed against the nationals, and learned what actually moves a security business and what just burns cash. I’m not a consultant who read about your industry. I lived it.

Why We Exist
Why AI Security Edge exists.
The way customers pick a security company is changing fast. They’re asking ChatGPT and Google, “who’s the best near me?” — and most independents aren’t in those answers at all. Meanwhile the nationals have whole teams for this and the roll-ups are buying up the market. Independents deserve the same firepower without a corporate budget. That’s why I built this.
The old way
- ✕$2,000/mo retainer with a 12-month contract
- ✕A junior account manager who just graduated
- ✕Monthly PDF reports full of charts, no leads
- ✕Calls going to voicemail after 5pm and all weekend
- ✕A website you cannot edit without a ticket
The AI Security Edge way
- ✓$297/mo with everything included, month-to-month, cancel in one click
- ✓AI that never takes a day off or misses a call
- ✓Live dashboard — every call, lead, and review
- ✓24/7 answering — including nights and weekends
- ✓Self-serve edits that save in seconds, not days
What We Do
Built for security companies — by someone who ran one.
We build websites that AI can find and recommend, AI receptionists that answer every call so you never lose a lead, and the marketing and growth systems I wish I’d had when I was in the chair — all built specifically for security companies, not repurposed from some generic agency playbook.
Websites AI can recommend
A fast, modern site built so Google and ChatGPT can read it and name your company when customers ask who’s the best near them.
An AI receptionist that never misses
Every call answered, day or night, so a missed phone call never turns into a lost lead again.
The growth systems I wish I’d had
Reviews, follow-up, and the marketing an owner needs — built for how a security company actually makes money.
How We Operate
Always ask why. Then run fast.
The operating rules Thad built a nationwide security company on — the same rules we build product on every day.
Always ask why
Why can’t I do this? Why not? Why? Keep asking until the real answer shows up. Most “that’s just how it works” falls apart on the third why.
Do what others won’t
Answer at 11pm. Ship the price everyone else hides. Build the feature other agencies charge extra for. Most of the edge is just showing up where others stopped.
Run fast. Don’t look back
When the answer is yes, move. Speed beats perfect every time. We ship in days what big agencies ship in quarters — because momentum is the product.
The Promise
One operator to another.
No angle. I’m not buying your accounts and I’m not competing with you. I’m an operator who’s been where you are, sharing what worked — so the independents make it, not just the nationals.
